NECOWEL 4300 is a special modified alkyd emulsion with excellent anti bleeding properties against nicotine and many other substances.

Best efficiency is obtained, if the pH value of the paint formulation is in the range of 6,0 - 6,5. For this reason extenders based on carbonates should be avoided.

NECOWEL 4300 shows good wetting properties and easy and safe processing.
