Product information KATALYSATOR 4030

KATALYSATOR 4030 speeds up the reaction for a fast curing process of AVENOL NB resins. KATALYSATOR 4030 is preferred, when a slightly longer benchlife is needed, e.g. in case of reclaimed AVENOL NB or AVENOL F sands. A curing period of approx. 50 minutes is obtained with a mix of 100 % fresh silica sand, 1.5 % AVENOL 400 and 0.3 % KATALYSATOR 4030. By increasing or reducing the catalyst amount, shorter or longer curing times can be obtained.
