Product information AVENOL NB 460

AVENOL NB 460 is a cold-curing binder system, suitable for all types of casting. The resulting cores are of excellent surface quality. Stripping time can be controlled by means of different catalysts. A stripping time of approx. 10 minutes can be obtained with 100 % fresh silica sand, 1.5 % AVENOL NB 460 and 0.3 % KATALYSATOR 4010. Using KATALYSATOR 4020 the stripping time can be increased to 20 minutes, using KATALYSATOR 4030 50 minutes are achieved.
