Flowable water-based coating paste with maximum zirconium silicate content and integrated zirconium oxide for high-performance steel, gray, nodular iron and metal castings.

Flow-coating KERNTOP ® for cores and molds made with the no bake process. Due to the high percentage of solids and the extremely low binder content, this coating is characterized by having best refractory performance. The protection of the sand surface depends, of course, on the thickness and dense structure of the coating. Trioflex ® WK-LF shows excellent wetting properties during application and yields pore- and fissure-free surfaces after air as well as oven drying.
