Flowable pasty water-based core wash with maximum high purity graphite content for gray, nodular iron and metal castings.

Core wash flooding application for cores and molds made with the no bake process. This core wash has a high percentage of solids and high purity graphite quality, thus having best refractory qualities. Protection of the sand surface depends, of course, on the thickness and density of the coating which builds up evenly, no matter whether it is being applied by brush or via flooding.

NIGRAFLEX 300 has excellent wetting properties during application, leading to pore- and fissure-free surfaces after air or oven drying.
